All Custom Air Solutions equipment comes with the option of having a factory authorized representative to perform services according to each project's specifications.

Factory Testing

All Custom Air Solutions equipment, prior to shipment, is subjected to the following set of standard tests:

• Equipment casing leakage testing
• Coil pressure testing
• Full functional testing of any/all electrical and control devices that are factory-installed       

 Optional testing services offered:

• Sound testing
• Vibration testing
• Equipment casing deflection testing
• Airflow testing
• Velocity profile testing

Consulting

Custom Air Solutions, with our knowledge and experience, is ready and able to help you in the following:

• Evaluation of your pre-existing equipment to identify potential energy savings and increases in equipment performance
• Value engineering involving the review of pre and post bid documents. Alternative solutions are identified and analyzed while maintaining the specified performances at a lower first-cost.
