A penthouse enclosure can be provided as a factory built, modular, or knocked-down assembly to fit a wide array of site and equipment requirements.  Working with local mechanical engineers and contractors, a fully engineered system can be developed and built.  The equipment enclosure can be designed with structural framing for integral equipment support, 2, 3, and 4” rigid foam insulated walls, and is suitable for both interior and exterior construction.

Internal components can range from boilers, chillers, piping, power and control systems, and much more.  Factory coordination with the building owner, mechanical engineer, and installing contractors ensure a reliable and custom solution to a factory built mechanical space.
